Dans ces conditions, la conception de logements groupés permet d'avoir une économie d'échelle intéressante. Le nombre de logements reste cependant limité (trois dans ce cas présent), car, si la logique de densification est à développer par l'intermédiaire de l'habitat groupé, il n'est pas question de mettre en œuvre des ensembles trop importants. Ce projet suit l'évolution d'une maison de famille devenue trop petite. Il assure, à une distance raisonnable de la "maison mère", l'accueil d'un couple et de ces deux enfants. Destiné à une utilisation ponctuelle les week-ends et vacances scolaires, le projet s'affranchit des codes classiques. Il propose des espaces modulables qui répondent à plusieurs besoins suivant les périodes de la journée. Un projet économique en espace et donc en budget. La conception de ces constructions éphémères, utilisée uniquement pendant le festival, doit permettre aux bénévoles du festival, un montage et démontage facile. Ce sont au total quatre types d'éléments, conçues sur la base des panneaux OSB standard 120x250, qui interviennent dans la composition des loges: deux éléments de plancher bois, un élément mur et un autre pour &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;st1:personname productid="la toiture. Pour cette maison, le rapport est optimum avec 200m² de plancher habitable qui permettent d’accueillir le programme suivant : quatre chambres, un espace de vie hall/cuisine/salon, une buanderie, une cave à vin, un garage, un espace de rangement, un espace aménageable sous les toits. Le budget travaux est d’environ 1200€ TTC/m². Pour cette maison, plusieurs contraintes importantes se sont imposées, aboutissant sur une recherche de conception particulière. La présence d’un bâtiment agricole à moins de 50m rend inconstructible toute une partie du terrain. L’espace restant est relativement encaissé dans un fond de vallon. La maison cherche donc à prendre de la hauteur pour offrir des vues et trouver le soleil.
